Teriyaki Loaf

Ingredients:


¾ pound bulk (not link) pork sasage

1 pound ground beef or veal

1 cup soft bread crumbs

2 eggs, slightly beaten

½ cup finely chopped onion

½ cup finely chopped green pepper

2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons soy sace

1 clove garlic, minced

½ teaspoon ground ginger

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey


Combine all ingredients, except tablespoon of soy sauce and tablespoon of honey, and form a round loaf. Bake at 350º for ~30 minutes. Baste with soy sauce and honey, blended, and bake for 30 minutes more.
